Evolution into Bald Green Beings with Black Eyes? (DRAFT)

Could radiation pollution cause the population to evolve into bald green beings with black eyes?  Or if we are faced with eating green fungus over time, because the sun has been blocked out in areas, will we evolve into green beings that have black eyes to see in the dark?  Are we capable of causing our own path of evolution?  It seems to me that it is of very big importance to keep our air, food, and water clean, and the atmosphere rich in oxygen, for not only sustainable survivability, but also the long term path of our very existence and evolution.
